1. General Policy

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your event date and preparation. Refunds for cancellations are based on how far in advance you cancel, as outlined in your booking agreement.

2. Cancellations

• More than 30 days before the event: You may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking, minus the cancellation fee.

• Less than 30 days before the event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to a higher fee or full charge.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability and potential fees.

4. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Once the event has taken place, no refunds will be provided.
